STEP 1
The dried raw material is fed in to main chamber by opening main door. The raw material is to be filled by keeping 1 feet empty space on top of mail chamber.
At ARCAS R&D Pvt Ltd we have developed CMUNET base on carbon capture and sequestration (CCUS) by sustainable agriculture practices . This process involves TDP (thermal decomposition process also knows as Pyrolysis of bio mass ) which is proven and widely used technology across globe in various industrial application majorly converting waste into energy products.
In Present market there are certain companies providing various type of bio-char production machines . After our market analysis we came up with this machine design which is economical, efficient , portable and available at the vicinity of fames.
Below in this image you can see a bio-char static machine , which is widely available in the market although processing technology is same TDP . We made some modifications in the existing machine designs to order to reach our goal . Below are the virtual representation of modified machine (CMUNET) with details of mods.
In the entire process we used Bio-coal as a thermos-fuel for heating application which is produced from the agro-waste as apparently used for Bio-char production from the fields this replace fire-wood generally used in this type of machine in the market, On the other hand we added a Bio-coal pellets making machine with this set up of CMUNET
Four nos. flanged burners are provided just below main chamber for burning of syngases for re-heating of chamber. This reduces utilization of fire wood in heating process.
ACCESORIES: Two types of temp gauge are provided for monitoring of carbonization process. One in analogue dial unit and one Digital display unit. This requires 220 volts supply for operation.
Blower: One 1 HP 1 phase electric blower is provided at the back side of main chamber for air/oxygen inlet for efficient burning of firewood. This blower also helps in cooling down chamber after process is complete.
The dried raw material is fed in to main chamber by opening main door. The raw material is to be filled by keeping 1 feet empty space on top of mail chamber.
The Bio-coal pellets/briquettes is to be placed below main chamber through 2 doors provided. Bio-coal pellets/briquettes burning to be started.
The moisture outlet valve to be opening around 100 to 150 deg cel for removal of excess water produced from feedstock
As temperature reaches 300 to 400 deg cel depending type of feed stock syngases will start getting out from changes and scrubbed in Scrubber.
As syngases stopped burning below chamber process of carbonization is complete. Blowers can be started to cool down chamber.
The bio-oil and wood vinegar can be removed at this stage. If not removed then bio-oil may be struck inside Scrubber and will be difficult to remove it afterwards.
As the temperature in chamber reduces below 50 deg cel, which may take 6 to 12 hrs, main chamber can be opening for removal of biochar
Double Axle Galvanized Trailer with Spare Wheel and 2 x Loading Ramps for moving the CMUNET to site
Bio-coal pellets are perfect replacement of fire wood used in these industry which cause extensive air pollution and also deforestation. The feed stock used to make this bio-coal are same as we are using to produce bio-char which is agri-waste.
